what can i say. i miss singapore. i really really do. 6 weeks wasnt enough. there never is enough time. of course given the fact that most of the guys are in army doesnt help either.
i really wish i cld jus fly back and just start a new life there again somehow. its not that i dont like england, but somethings are not the same. singapore is after all my hometown...and will always be i think.
but thanks to all that made my stay so comfortable and fun. like the people who so nicely let me stay with them for days or in kevin (or kevin's auntie's case), weeks! ive never felt more at home.
im really glad to find that in terms of friendships, not much has changed. i still relate to all of you, and its a nice and comforting thought that ive always got friends i can trust back home. it was like putting on ur favourite worn in sleepwear again. its comfy and nice. it didnt feel like i was gone for 2 yrs again.
and on this trip, i found something else. which made it even more special and all the more wonderful!
ive started working again. from monday. its the most depressing thing really. to be back in the office after six weeks is a recipe for depression and broodiness. thank goodness that there are things i can look forward to and aim for, just to keep me going for the moment.
i was just thinking to myself, when am i gonna see everyone again? hai. more of u should come here and visit soon please!
