firstly friends 18th party on friday, which started slow. lol. and i dunno why but for once i really wanted a drink. but alot of us were not getting served!! they wanted ID. lol. so alot of us were jus standing around in that hot place with loud music and jus looking lost. lol. quite funny now that i think about it. we jus chatted to waste time. luckily later came someone with a fake id lol. so i gave him my money and he managed to grab a cider for me. which is very nice. at least better than beer laaaa. beer is so eww.
anyway, then things lightened up, more ppl danced, and it was fun. jus that i got quite tired towards the end of it.
and of cos the usual irritating thing. jus becos i was red. and my eyes red. so everyone who saw me went: "u alright??" and i am like YESSSSSSSS!!! urgh! i am still as sober as anything!! but of cos they dun really listen, so they go like: "ohhh look jason is pissed! aahhaaa!!"...i didnt even bother to try and argue lol.
then saturday, went down to london to meet jialing! cos i was abit early then ended up waiting at starbucks for her. then everytime the door open my eyes will like dart up cos i am like in eager anticipation liddat lol. then when she did finally walk in, i was so like "omggggggg" hahaha. i got up, and ofcos being me my foot caught on the chair, but i managed to get out it and giv jia a hug! i never see her for more than a year liao. so yeaaa..
and we basically jus chatted and walked for 5 and half hours. cldnt believe i was walking around london with her la seriously. cldnt believe. u tell me that two years ago and i wld have laughed. so cool. two singaporeans (one british chinese and one singaporean if ure being picky) walking around in london. woo. i was so happy to be talking in singlish again. no need for any precise diction or pronounciation. fantastic. i had fun using words like tikam and wah lau. wooo. but jias english was very good. duno whether she noticed but definitely fewer la-s and liaos than me.
so yea dam fun. i look forward to our next adventure!
then today dale popped over to revise chem with me. helped him with entropy and coursework, and jus spend the rest of the day slacking really. so it was quite a relaxing wkend all in all.
didnt go for two parties this wkend...see i am not all party mad k.
and manutd won!! OLE OLE OLE!
so yea overall a great wkend. simply great.
